This bread will make you go BANANAS!

This morning I woke up to three sad looking bananas... so I thought the only thing left to do is but them to good use in some banana bread! I Love banana bread...it is the perfect way to start the day..plus it is a good way to get that daily serving of fruit in (okay that probably isn't right but a girl can dream).

Preheat those ovens to 325 and lets make some bread!!!!

Here is a quick look at what is going to bring this bread to life....I can't wait!

First thing is, you will want to butter a loaf pan...the wrapper from the stick of butter you are going to use will work just fine...also it will make you feel good to recycle that wrapper:)

Combine your sugar and room temp butter into a bowl...beat it, beat it (okay forget the Michael Jackson song) until it's nice and fluffy.

Then add your eggs one at a time, beating them in... then set your bowl aside...don't worry we will come back to it.

In a smaller bowl, mash your bananas with a fork, add your milk and cinnamon...what a wonderful site:)
Look at that...this bread is going to be AWESOME!!!

In another bowl (yes you will have to dirty up three different bowls, but it is worth it) add your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt...mix it up.

Now back to the first bowl...add in your banana mixture and stir...

Then take your flour mixture and add it to the banana/sugar mixture...

Mix, mix, mix, stir, stir, stir...until the flour has magically disappeared.

Pour it into your buttered pan...doesn't that look nice;) Pop it in the oven...

Then about an hour and half later you can enjoy a nice slice or half the loaf with a nice glass of milk.....

Here it is all written out for ya:)
