When it's finished remove the lemon peels and mash down with a potato masher if you like it more chunky or run it through a processor if you prefer it to be more smooth.
Ta da....It is so yummy and you can freeze the leftovers in Ziploc freezer bags up to a year!
3 to 4lbs of Apples, peeled, sliced, cored
1 c. water
4 lemon peels
Juice from one lemon
3/4 c. to 1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
Easier than Pie because you don't have to make a crust:)
